Chamois chunks with green apple and spinach
for 4 servings
600 gr chamois meat cut into small cubes
400 gr spinach
1 green apple
Soy sauce to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
E.V.O. to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Put the chamois chunks into a non-stick pan and sauté with lime juice, the soy sauce and the Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt
Wash the spinach, remove the stems and keep the leaves, then sauté them with a little olive oil and salt.
Core the apple and cut it into small cubes. Place the spinach with the venison chunks in a serving plate, then top with the apple cubes and drizzle olive oil on it.
