Ingredients

G 400 Girolomoni penne pasta

G 200 deer into small cubes

G 40 butter

4 yolks

1 egg

G 50 pecorino cheese

Salt, pepper and marjoram to taste

Preparation

  • Cook cubes of deer meat in a non-stick frying pan over high heat for few minutes, season with  salt, pepper, marjoram and lemon zest.
  • Beat the eggs, add the Pecorino cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Cook the penne in plenty of salted water, drain and toss with the deer meat. Remove from the heat, add the eggs mixture and toss to combine.
